Azione srl are hosting the event “The Paradigm of Neurodiversity for Talent Enhancement and Organizational Well-Being.” This event marks the conclusion of the Erasmus+ Neurodiversity at Work (NEW) project.

The event will explore neurodiversity as a strategic lever for human resources management, showcasing best practices and experiences in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Participants will include representatives from institutions, sector experts, and companies involved in the NEW project’s awareness and training initiatives.
Additionally, the event will launch the Neurodiverse Workplaces in Europe Community of Practice. This community aims to share, exchange, and learn about effective and innovative policies and practices to create a more inclusive workplace, particularly for neurodivergent individuals.
